Lescop
With a chiaroscuro voice, Lescop radiates his pop adventure in a cinematic off-screen where his obsessions such as the complexity of human relationships, love, 1960s cinema and punk meet his heroes: David Bowie, Yukio Mishima, Marlene Dietrich, Jean-Pierre Melville, Jesse Owens…
Former singer of the french band Asyl, Lescop developed his own universe in London alongside John & Jehn. In autumn 2011, the magnetic radicalness of ‘La Forêt’ is a revelation and appears on the front of the French scene.
In a spell full of familiarity, Lescop mixes his music with his eclectic influences, illuminated by his captivating poetry. His first self-titled album gave him the title of ambassador of a new French pop and radical wave. After touring in France and UK Lescop made an aerial sequel to his first compositions with his second album ‘Echo’ in 2016.
